Complaints

You can submit our feedback online via this form alternatively you can download the document below.

If you wish to make a formal complaint please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within a matter of days in writing or email. This will enable the Company to get a clear picture of the circumstances surrounding the complaint.

The complaint will be dealt with by the Companies Operations Director and will be treated in the strictest confidence.

You will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within 3 working days by your preferred method of telephone, written or email with the name and contact details of the GPPC Operations Director.

The Company will arrange a meeting with you at a time and location convenient to you to discuss the manner in which the complaint is going to be investigated and the timescale for this to be completed. Ascertain the full circumstances of the complaint and:

  • Make arrangements for you to discuss the problem with those concerned, if you would like this
  • Make sure you receive an apology, where this is appropriate
  • Identify what the Company can do to make sure the problem does not happen again

The GPPC will investigate the complaint speedily and efficiently as far as reasonably practicable, keep the complainant informed of the progress of the investigation. The complaint will be investigated and a full response sent within a 6 months period.

If it is not possible to raise your complaint immediately, please let us have details of your complaint within the following timescales:

  • Within 12 months of the incident that caused the problem OR
  • Within 12 months from when the complaint comes to your notice
